The interview process was conducted online during Covid, but it's currently done in person. It was pretty straightforward. After applying a few months prior, I had a screening phone call. Although I was initially rejected during the screening call, I was scheduled for an interview a week later and then received an offer.

This was a terrible interview experience. It started with a phone interview, then a video interview where two out of three interviewers didn't show up. The one who did show up said they'd be in touch within a week. A week and a half later, I called the recruiter, and they said the job was filled but offered a different 3rd shift position, which I declined because I wanted first shift. Then I had three more video interviews with different people, and each time they said I was a great candidate and would hear from them within the week. I always had to be the one to follow up. After the fourth interview, where they said I was a great fit, they said they'd contact me that week. I never heard back. A month later, I called the recruiter and left a voicemail. A week later, no response, so I left another. Another week passed, and I called a third time, almost two months after they said they'd be in touch. The recruiter seemed surprised to hear from me and said the position had been filled weeks ago. Their recruiting department is useless and terrible at communication. Don't waste your time applying here.

The interviewer made me feel comfortable quickly; they were friendly and efficient. I first spoke with HR, then the manager. The whole process felt supportive. The interview wasn't too difficult, with few technical questions and more focus on the candidate's personality.
