Software Engineer
The interview process included an initial online round for aptitude and coding. This was followed by two offline technical rounds. Finally, there were two offline HR rounds. Strong .net and React js skills are important, and good communication is key to succeeding in this interview.

Software Developer
The interview process has 4 rounds. First, there's an online technical test covering Java programming, SQL, and frontend frameworks. Then, two offline technical interviews that go deeper into Java, Frontend frameworks, and also questions about your experience and projects. After that, a manager interview, and finally an HR round with situational questions to see if you're a good cultural fit.

- Tell me about your projects and experience.
Software Engineer
Got referred by a former colleague at Integrate. First, I talked to the Integrate recruiter. Then, I had phone interviews with members of the software development team, the VP of Engineering, and the CTO. These interviews felt personal, focusing more on discussing my experiences and my software development approaches and philosophies rather than just behavioral or random tech questions. It was a great experience, one of the best in my 25 years.
- Can you describe your approach to software engineering?
