First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Integrate.
Software Engineer
The interview process included an initial online round for aptitude and coding. This was followed by two offline technical rounds. Finally, there were two offline HR rounds. Strong .net and React js skills are important, and good communication is key to succeeding in this interview.

VP Sales
This was a great interview process. It was thorough and they communicated well at each step. I got to meet relevant people and people from different places. I was nervous about leaving my old job and wanted to understand the role, pay, culture, sales, and team structure really well. The people interviewing me were happy to answer everything. Integrate has a nice and professional team. The best part of the interview process was the timely communication at each stage.
- Can you tell me about your personality type?
- Describe your leadership style.
- What relevant experience do you have?
IT Manager
The interview process went smoothly. Since it's a remote company, everything was done remotely. I spoke with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager. They both seemed really impressed and thought I could be a great asset. The next step was supposed to be a panel interview, but they needed more qualified candidates before moving a select few of us to that stage. I didn't make it past that point, maybe because they didn't get enough candidates or they found someone more suitable. I'm not sure because after I sent my thank you email, I never heard back about not getting the job or if they cancelled the position. That was the only downside. Otherwise, it went well. I really wish I could have had the chance to work with such a great company.
- What from your past experience do you think would be a real asset in this position?
Account Director
The interview process, starting from the initial chat with the Recruitment Director all the way to the offer, really made me feel good about choosing Integrate for my next career move. It was structured and easy to follow, with a clear overview of the interview types. I spoke with a Recruitment Director, my future manager, a team member, and even a VP of the product I'd be working with. To do your best, you might need to brush up on some things, but this is mainly to make sure it's a good fit for both sides and that you're genuinely interested in the product. It felt like they were focused on making a long-term decision together, and nobody pressured me to just fill a position. I think this careful approach is key to being a happy and successful part of Integrate.
- Tell me about the environments where you perform best.
- How would you go about selling and marketing this particular product?
- What qualities do you seek in a future employer?
