First, I had a flexiquiz, then I moved on to a hackerrank assessment. After that, there was a recruiter screen, followed by a 30-minute case interview and a 30-minute coding interview. The final round was with the hiring manager. Everyone was really nice and calm throughout the whole thing.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process involves a formal assessment followed by an interview. The test is manageable and requires a strong grasp of the material. If you know the subject, it should be easy. The interview is also pretty relaxed, focusing on how well you can explain your thoughts and showcase your knowledge. Overall, it's a reasonable challenge that shouldn't feel overwhelming if you've prepared enough.

Technical Coding

As a data scientist, I like hands-on coding and solving real problems. But the interview questions were too complex and not what data scientists usually do. It felt like memorization or puzzles, not about real data science skills, especially for blockchain. In data science now, it's more about using tools, debugging, and using algorithms right, not coding from scratch. It would be better to test with real job tasks. Some questions felt irrelevant and like they were trying to put me on the spot. I get the pressure test, but good answers need thought. This might hurt people good at problem-solving but not quick with abstract questions.

Coding Technical

I took a first online assessment that had questions about Excel, R, Python, and SQL. After that, I had a chat with HR. Then, I was sent another online assessment on HackerRank which included three LeetCode medium questions. I managed to pass all the test cases on that. I later received an email saying I didn't proceed further, and they mentioned their policy is not to provide feedback. It's really annoying to go through all the online assessments correctly, only to have your resume screened afterwards and then not be told the reason for not moving forward. If you're going to make candidates do these tests, at least explain why they aren't moving on.
