So first there was an HR call, then a written test. After that, an interview call. Once you confirm to take the test, the HR would give you a sheet with questions to test your language and skills. If you pass that, you'll be interviewed by a language expert to check your communication skills. After that, the HR will talk about salary and benefits.

Applied for a remote role and went through three different interviews with three different people, plus email communication with a fourth. Things moved quickly after I applied. I was offered the job and was supposed to get details on benefits, but never did. I kept hearing it was a busy time and they'd get back to me soon, but then communication just stopped. I was never officially told what happened or why the offer was rescinded, even though nobody told me the offer was rescinded – they just disappeared. While everyone was nice, the ending was really disappointing. The emails were often confusing, vague, and not well-written. I was offered the position and was very interested, but I wanted the specific benefits information before giving a final 'yes'. I got some general info, but nothing about costs or coverage details – the kind of standard info companies usually have ready.
