Integra Partners Interview Questions

So I interviewed with Integra Partners, and it was a really bad experience. First I talked to the hiring manager, and then they sent me a take-home Excel test that was supposed to take 6 hours. I did it and sent it back, and then heard nothing for 10 days. I followed up, and the recruiter sent me a really generic email. I asked for feedback, and after more asking, they gave me 3 vague bullet points. It felt like they didn't care about my time. The communication was bad and the feedback was useless. I thought they would be better given how they talk about their values. It left me with a bad impression.

So the interview was pretty awful, the person I talked to had zero social skills and was incredibly condescending. I usually don't write reviews about bad experiences, but this one was just terrible. They kept cutting me off, and when I couldn't answer the third part of a question, they asked, 'Do you even know ASP.net? Did you ever work with it?' I was taken aback and thought, 'Who do you think you are to talk to me like that?' After that comment, I ended the interview right there. I'd rather be unemployed than work for someone like that. Honestly, avoid this place if you can. NOTE: The following questions aren't all that were asked, but after answering each, there were usually one or two deeper follow-up questions. I cut the call short, but we were going to discuss SQL, so here's my best guess on what they would have covered: expect topics like Stored Procedures, reports, indexing (clustered and non-clustered), transactions, and aggregation.

So, the interview process here is pretty drawn out and you might get ghosted. I went through several rounds and then just got silence from HT and the hiring manager, even after I reached out. It's lengthy and kinda aggravating. First, there's a 30-minute recruiter call, then a 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager. After that, a 1.5-hour panel interview with other department folks. Then, a case study and a 30-minute video call to present it. And that wasn't even the last step! If someone puts that much time and effort in, they deserve a basic response back, no exceptions. It really says something about their work ethics and business tactics.

I applied online through Indeed. An HR person emailed to set up a phone screen. She was super nice and laid out the process. I felt like they were really upfront with me from the start about the salary and the job. I met with five people and my final interviews were with the head of the call center and the head of HR. They wanted to make sure it was a good fit for me too, not just for them -- first time I felt this in an interview.
