It was tough. The interview had 3 rounds. The first two were okay, but the last one was way harder than the others. I didn't make it through the third round.

So basically the interview process started with a telephonic round, then a face-to-face with the Business Head, followed by an HR discussion. After the HR round, they were ready to give an offer, but there was this 2-year agreement thing where I had to submit my original education documents first. I asked for a two-week extension because I was travelling home, and they were okay with it initially. But then they called back because I was hesitant about the agreement and scheduled a technical round. It was weird because they only asked three questions, and I answered them all, but then I got rejected. I later figured out it was just an excuse because I asked for more time. I was really surprised they would offer a job without project manager confirmation. Honestly, this was the worst experience. I wouldn't recommend this company; it feels like a waste of time interviewing here. Their company policies are terrible.

Then, there was a technical screen which included questions about Object Oriented Programming languages and the Declarative Programming Paradigm, which focuses on WHAT to execute and defines program logic, but not a detailed control flow.
