Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a panel review process with the head of the department and 4 engineers. They talked about their typical work week and the backlog of problems they're facing from switching to a new computer system. I discussed my experience and why I'd be a good fit. The company's quarterly earnings process means you should be aware of stock projections, as this impacts hiring freezes. I submitted my paperwork for corporate processing, but then the company issued a hiring freeze until after the 4th quarter. It's now the start of the 1st quarter, the job hasn't been posted again, and I know someone in the department who says the position is still open.
