First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Integer.
Supplier Quality Engineer
The interview process was pretty standard: first, a recruiter called me, then I had a virtual interview with a manager. After that, I went for an onsite panel interview with a few managers and employees. I thought it went pretty well, so I was kinda surprised and disappointed by the lack of communication afterwards. It would have been nice to get a response, even if they decided to go with someone else.
- What's something new you've learned recently?
Senior Quality Engineer
First, I had a recruiter call to review my resume. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the QA Director where they asked me some technical questions.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- Could you answer some sample technical questions?
Quality Engineer
I started with a 20-minute HR Phone interview, mostly checking if I was qualified for the job. After that, I had an all-day onsite interview where I met with several people. The individual interviews varied, but most were pretty standard. There was also a written test that surprised me, but my performance on it was never brought up.
- How do you think your colleagues would describe your working style?
- Do you have experience with FMEA?
