Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Integer Group.
Intern
The interview process was very straightforward. Thanks to an employee referral, I started with a brief phone chat with HR. Following that, I had a Skype interview and completed a homework assignment with two members of the Account Management team. The assignment involved picking one of three provided advertisements, analyzing it, and then presenting my thoughts creatively. Mostly, the questions were designed to gauge my thought process, creativity, and ability to articulate my answers.
- Would you choose to purchase a red car or a blue car?
Intern
I applied online, and then after hearing back from the recruiter, I scheduled a phone-call interview. Scheduling the interview time involved some back and forth, but we eventually settled on a time. The call lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer was very sociable, and the conversation felt authentic, unlike more cold and calculated interviews I've had at other companies.
- Can you introduce yourself and discuss your Project Management experience?
Intern
The interview was quick and enjoyable. I talked to the recruiter first, then had a chat with two people I would be working with. It felt pretty relaxed, and I could tell they were trying to understand me and what I was interested in for the role.
- What do you hope to gain from this internship?
- Can you tell me about a project you're most proud of?
