Behavioral Presentation

I had an initial call with the hiring manager to go over the role, and then a few weeks later, I spoke with the head of the department. After that, I went in for an in-person interview with heads from several different departments. It was mis-scheduled, so I actually had to come back a second time later that week. The office itself was nice, modern, and had cool perks like beer and coffee. However, most people didn't seem very happy, and not many smiles were seen except from HR and reception. During my interviews, some of the people seemed stressed and frustrated with how things were run. They explained that this role was key to bringing in big business, but the pay, both base and bonus, didn't reflect that. Some other duties were vague because the role is 'evolving.' Because of the compensation and these other factors, it felt unbalanced. I realized on the drive home that it would be a good resume builder with big clients, but not a place to make a long-term living, especially in Denver. So, I lost interest. About a week later, they let me know someone else got the offer, which I appreciated.

Behavioral Technical Other

Applied online and heard back from a recruiter about a week later. They had two open roles but wanted to hire at a lower level than posted and it was off-site, which was odd. I spoke with three people, one of whom didn't know what job he was interviewing for. The recruiter was bad at following up and didn't even do a pre-screen, which the hiring managers thought was weird. Overall, not a great experience, and I probably won't apply to the Dallas office again.

Behavioral

The interviews felt pretty laid-back. After an initial chat with HR over the phone, I then spoke with five different people from the team, covering both creative and account sides. Each meeting was a one-on-one that lasted about 30 minutes. The questions varied a bit depending on who was interviewing, but generally, they were pretty standard interview questions.
