I started with a phone call with HR, and then they invited me to come in for a full day of interviews. I spoke with six different people, including the Account Supervisor and someone else from HR. They told me I'd hear back within a week. After waiting a few days past that, I sent a follow-up email to HR, but I never got a response. I waited another week and a half or so and sent another email asking for an update - still no response. I really don't get why HR people do this; it literally takes two minutes to send a quick email saying they went with someone else or aren't moving forward with the role. Getting ghosted after I put in the time left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me not want to consider this company again.

I applied online for an Account Executive role and HR called me pretty fast. Then I had an interview with the VP and two account directors. After that, I came in again for another interview with the rest of the team. The part that took the longest was actually getting the interviews scheduled.
