The interview process had five rounds. First, an online test from freshersworld.com with 100 questions (40 quants, 20 verbal, 40 technical on web tech like ASP, .NET, HTML, JS, and database management) to be solved in 2 hours. Second, a coding test by cocubes: solve two programming questions in 30 mins using c, c++, java or c#. Third, the first technical interview focused on projects and internships, testing willingness to work and travel rather than technical skills. Fourth, the second technical interview tested technical skills and thinking ability with programming questions, SQL statements, and OS questions, requiring writing two programs. Fifth, an HR interview covered job details, the internship program, and salary.

Technical Behavioral

Applied via Bloom Consulting Services. The whole process took about two weeks. Initially, I had a call with HR. After getting shortlisted, I was called for an in-person technical round. I cleared that, and then they conducted two more technical rounds remotely from the US, one after another. After successfully clearing all these rounds, I received no updates. Upon inquiring with the agency, I was told my profile was on hold at the HR stage (which surprised me as it was the very first round I had). They also mentioned that the company had asked them to send more candidates for the interview, and they were now calling new people for the same process again. Apparently, I was selected, but the company isn't in a position to offer. If they had concerns about salary or notice period, they should have addressed them during the HR round. This whole process feels like a waste of people's time.

Coding Technical Behavioral

Had an aptitude test, followed by a coding round and then a technical round. Practiced coding questions on arrays and strings. Made sure to be thorough with OOPS and OS concepts. Also practiced aptitude questions. Needed to be confident while answering, and careful as the interviewer might agree with a wrong answer initially.
