Graduate Engineering Trainee
I applied through college placements. The first round was a quantitative, verbal, and technical aptitude test. Then I was selected for the second round, which was a coding round where I had to solve two coding problems. The next rounds included two technical interviews and one HR interview. Finally, there was a telephonic round at the very end. They mentioned in the PPT that the recruitment process would be based 70% on interviews and online exams, and the remaining 30% on academics, but they didn't stick to this. Students were rejected immediately after their interview rounds, not based on the 70%/30% criteria.

Product Manager
The whole thing from applying to offer took under a week. A friend introduced me to the CEO, and that kicked things off. Even though they weren't hiring, I heard back super fast about chatting about my skills and experience. The interviews were really professional. My first chat was with the CEO, lasting about 15-20 minutes. Later that day, HR emailed to set up another interview at their San Ramon office. There, I met some of the senior folks. It was mostly a chat about my technical skills, personality, and some whiteboarding. I got the sense that being "technical" is really important at INSZoom. After a few rounds discussing technical challenges, potential solutions, and how I'd implement them, I had a final chat with HR. The CEO then explained how they saw my expertise fitting in initially and talked about career growth. It felt different from other places, and I really understood what I was getting into and what the future could look like.

Technical Lead
Applied via Bloom Consulting Services. The whole process took about two weeks. Initially, I had a call with HR. After getting shortlisted, I was called for an in-person technical round. I cleared that, and then they conducted two more technical rounds remotely from the US, one after another. After successfully clearing all these rounds, I received no updates. Upon inquiring with the agency, I was told my profile was on hold at the HR stage (which surprised me as it was the very first round I had). They also mentioned that the company had asked them to send more candidates for the interview, and they were now calling new people for the same process again. Apparently, I was selected, but the company isn't in a position to offer. If they had concerns about salary or notice period, they should have addressed them during the HR round. This whole process feels like a waste of people's time.

Product Engineer
I applied through campus recruitment and was fortunate to get an offer. The first stage was a technical interview focusing on basic OO concepts, SQL, and HTML/JS skills. Next, I had an HR interview; it went quite well, and the HR person was really engaged and seemed to understand things well. The final round was with a 'bar raiser' – there were four interviewers who threw a lot of questions at me, some technical and some like puzzles. They even asked some really random, nonsensical questions.
