A recruiter reached out about my resume and asked me about object-oriented design practices and how I've used them in my work experience. A day or two later, I had an in-house interview with one of the Chief Architects, who is the Senior Head manager of their Product Engineering team. We talked about my experience for over an hour, and then they called me back with an offer.

The interview process had many interviews, but it went smoothly overall. Once they liked me, they tried to find a good fit. The HR people were very friendly. The interviews focused more on my potential rather than critiquing my resume. I enjoyed that the interviews turned into technology discussions, unlike previous interviews with canned tests, which there were none.
