Ghosting is a real thing here, which is super weird. I went through the whole interview process, but they never told me anything about the decision. I followed up with the recruiter loads of times. Just wanted to put this out there so others don't waste their time. The company and recruiters are really unprofessional.

The interview was unprofessional. No video was used, and it felt like they didn't really want to interview me. There was no follow-up. The first scheduled interview, the interviewer didn't show up. I emailed them, and the HR manager rescheduled and apologized for the no-show.

The first step was a phone call that went pretty well, the person seemed really into my interest in the job. However, the second step, a 'virtual onsite' with the hiring manager, was not so great. The manager didn't seem very engaged and kept getting distracted by other calls. I was told I'd 'definitely hear back,' but it's been almost two months and I still haven't heard anything, even after a polite follow-up. I had to schedule interviews at inconvenient European times to accommodate Insurity's US employees, which made this a disappointing experience that felt unprofessional and has left me with a poor impression of the company.
