The interview journey began with an online assessment that involved basic data analysis, interpretation, and sequence-based logic problems. This was followed by a round focused on brain-teaser questions. Subsequently, a 'super-day' consisted of four distinct interviews: one assessing data thinking and logic, another involving problem-solving with data, a third brain-teaser round, and a live coding session. The final stage included an interview with the team lead and one of the CEOs. There was about a 1-2 week gap between feedback and scheduling the next stage, making the overall process close to two months long. The interviewers were all very friendly. The emphasis was heavily on your thought process rather than just your technical knowledge. It was definitely a long and challenging process, but it was clear they were looking for individuals who were a great intellectual and personality match.
