First was a HR phone screening, although my screening was done in-person, which was followed by a basic writing prompt (to check ability to write and explain something clearly). Brought in a second time a couple days later for in-person interviews with 4-6 people split into 2-3 groups, with people from areas with open positions

Technical Behavioral Group Presentation

A recruiter reached out via email in March, and I replied right away. It took about two months before I had a phone screening. Then, a week after that, I had an in-person interview. This involved a 1-hour SAT-style test, followed by a 30-minute wait. After the wait, I spent 1.5 hours with a panel of three senior employees from different departments. The interview process concluded with a 1-hour lunch interview with two more senior employees. I got the job offer a week later. This whole process felt pretty different from other places I'd interviewed. The panel format allowed them to ask really specific questions about my field, not just go over my resume for ages. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but I feel like they got a much better sense of who I am as a candidate.

So, first I had a phone interview with two managers that went for about an hour. After that, one of the managers mentioned that HR would reach out to set up a face-to-face interview. That in-person part involved a skills test, an IQ test, and then two separate interview sessions, which took about an hour total. A few days later, they extended an offer, which I accepted.
