First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Insulet Corporation.
Systems Engineer
I had a 30-minute interview with three team members. Most of the questions were about my personality and my resume. They specifically asked about dealing with project pivots and about deliverables from my resume projects.
- Have you had any experience with FDA standards or documentation?
Systems Engineer
The first part was a 30min virtual chat with the hiring manager, they were nice. Then there were four 30min virtual chats with different engineers. It was all good, though some interviewers didn't seem super into it. They did mention that this job can mean long hours and weekend work sometimes, which is good to know upfront for work-life balance. I was supposed to hear back in a couple weeks, but nothing.
- Tell me about yourself and your background.
- Can you go over your resume and highlight relevant experiences?
- Describe your past experiences related to your resume.
Systems Engineer
The hiring manager/recruiter was super unorganized and unprofessional. We had a meeting scheduled but he didn't show up, then blamed me even though I sent multiple confirmations. We rescheduled, but he was really disengaged and didn't let me talk much about myself before ending the ~30 min call early, around 15 mins. After that, he just ghosted me. So unprofessional and discouraging.
- Can you tell me about your most recent job?
