I sent my resume over to inquire about internship opportunities and was contacted a few days later. They set up an interview over the phone that lasted about 20 minutes. A few days after that, I got offered the position. Since it was just an internship, the interview was pretty straightforward. They gave me some info about IIE and the International Visitors Leadership Program. They also asked me about my education, my international background, and my motivation for wanting to work there.

Behavioral Technical

My interviewer kept giving me outdated advice on my resume that wasn't relevant to the job or my skills. He also didn't understand some technical terms and kept asking me to change them. The interview felt more like he was questioning my credentials and assuming I was making things up. He framed his questions in a way that seemed manipulative, only wanting specific answers.

Behavioral Technical Group

Applied through an online posting with a cover letter and resume. About a week to a week and a half later, I had a phone interview. It was a conference call with several people from my future workgroup. A few days after that, I interviewed with the director of the unit. A few days after that, HR called with an offer, and then I got a formal offer packet.
