They talked about how fast you can move up in the company, like 0 to 100. I was supposed to meet the CEO, but I met with lower management who actually did the interview. They explained the pay and benefits clearly, but when I asked some things, they didn't really answer.

Behavioral Presentation

I was initially reached out to by one of the HR Managers. She was super nice and that got me excited for the interview. They were upfront about what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. When I arrived, everyone was really welcoming. I then had an interview with a manager who was very high-energy, which helped me relax and let my personality shine. After that first round, I was invited back for a second round, which was a shadow day. I felt like I did well and was ultimately offered the position.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The first interview was around 20 minutes, a one-on-one with the manager. It was pretty chill, mostly about introducing the company, getting to know me, and seeing if my goals aligned. They also talked about the training program. The second interview was longer, a few hours, where I shadowed someone during a client presentation. They watched how I interacted with people and dug deeper into the compensation and how I could grow there. It was cool to see the job in action firsthand. They mentioned the pay is a mix of base salary and commission, not just commission like I heard from someone else.
