It was a really casual interview, they barely explained anything. Mostly they talked about the supposed benefits. I mentioned I don't like door-to-door sales, even bringing up how I turned down Cutco for the same reason, but they still hired me. The second interview seemed good, but I kept waiting for an answer to make sure I wasn't getting into door-to-door sales. They were also super vague about the customers. I made sure to ask if the customers knew we were coming, but I got no answer. I finally couldn't handle the lack of clarity and checked review sites. So glad I did! It seems like most people had the same experience: door-to-door, customers unaware of visits, the company misrepresenting things, and targeting young, broke kids right out of high school or in their first year of college. I found it on CareerBuilder.com. I would have preferred being rejected over falling for a bait-and-switch lie.

The first interview was around 20 minutes, a one-on-one with the manager. It was pretty chill, mostly about introducing the company, getting to know me, and seeing if my goals aligned. They also talked about the training program. The second interview was longer, a few hours, where I shadowed someone during a client presentation. They watched how I interacted with people and dug deeper into the compensation and how I could grow there. It was cool to see the job in action firsthand. They mentioned the pay is a mix of base salary and commission, not just commission like I heard from someone else.

It was a one-on-one interview with the management team where we discussed what's important to you and what qualities you'd bring to the company. They also asked if you'd want to relocate if given the opportunity. The process was really informative, covering the company and more about myself, my career goals, and what I'm seeking in my next move.

The interview process has 3 steps. First, you'll interview with our Manager/Assistant Manager. Second, you'll talk with one of our consultants who'll check if you're qualified. Third, we'll go over what we discussed in the first two rounds and decide if we're going to offer you a position.
