It was pretty straightforward. There were three interview steps, but they were mainly typical job interviews. This position is actually a sales role, not a marketing one as advertised. I'm not thrilled about how vague the company was about this in the job posting. While I'm okay with sales, it should have been clearly stated upfront. The whole atmosphere felt a bit off from the start. They gave the standard pitch about a quick path to management. It reminded me of Herbalife, but with a salary instead of commission, which would have been fine if it was advertised that way.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was held in a building that seemed to be under construction and was likely rented for the day. There were other people waiting to interview. The whole process took about 30 minutes. The interviewer described the job vaguely, mentioning it was a door-to-door sales position, not an office job. They talked about promotions every 3-6 months and the potential to earn $100k within 6-9 months. I tried to find company information online before and after, but I'm still unclear about what they do or how they make money. It all feels shady, and I wouldn't recommend applying.

Applied for this job thinking it was something else, but got a call back in 2 days. Turns out all the job postings with different names and descriptions are actually the same door-to-door sales position for phone companies. When I got to their office, I realized they operate under 2 or 3 other company names, all doing the same thing. If you're not looking for a door-to-door sales job, don't bother.
