Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved testing my product knowledge and how I would pitch the opening of a call, so it's important to prep for it. Everyone I met was professional and friendly. Knowing the company values seemed important as they came up a few times. I was disappointed not to get the role because I'd heard great things, but this experience will help me do better next time.

It was pretty easy, with 2 sales managers each giving a 30-minute interview. This was before they gutted the revenue org, so it's probably different now. I heard the new VP wants people with over a year at one company on their resume; bouncing around looks worse.

Behavioral Technical

The process involved discussions about my experience with their tech stack and past successes. It was mainly 3 individual interviews, no presentation. It was brief and direct, no background check. They were firm on salary. The interviewers were okay, but I'm not sure if the company's values are really practiced.
