I had a good chat with the recruiter. Then I spoke with the area manager and it felt like we clicked. When I asked about what's next, instead of a straight answer, they said I'd need to check with the recruiter to see if I'm moving forward. I also tried reaching out on LinkedIn afterwards, but didn't hear back.

Didn't get the job but had 4 interviews all which were positive and strait forward. No b.s., making offers or promises you will never receive and spoke to you as a human with the negatives and positives of the position. I was impressed.

Behavioral Other

I had a phone interview with Insperity that was a mess. They called me an hour before our scheduled time saying I missed it, then called back 20 minutes before the actual interview to apologize and proceed. The recruiter talked for the first 30 minutes straight without letting me speak, and I barely got to talk at all during the hour-long call. This process was awful and took forever, especially compared to my experience with other big companies. They also won't help with relocation. When I asked questions, they kept saying they didn't have the information or I'd have to ask the manager later. They also gave a confusing answer about turnover, saying people love the position but usually leave within three years. The recruiter also described the potential manager as 'difficult,' 'picky,' and 'micromanaging,' which felt like a warning to avoid the job. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I declined the next interview.
