First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Insperity.
Business Process Analyst
a recruiter reached out to me and set up an initial phone interview which went well. within a day or two they set up an in person with the immediate manager, then a day or so after that a second interview with the regional manager. they communicated the timeline and what to expect next. the interviews themselves were great conversations, not a pressure type, just seeing if we would be a fit for each other.
- What is important to you, and what are you looking for in a company now and long-term?
Business Process Analyst
Insperity has a 3 stage interview process for their hiring. Thorough process but left you feeling the company truly puts time into who is part of the team. Step one was a phone call and personality assessment. Step 2 was an interview with local district managers. And if you're aces on the first two steps then the last stage is an interview with the regional manager.
- How do you come up with new sales leads on your own?
Business Process Analyst
The interview process was quite thorough. They were looking for concrete examples of how you manage your business locally on your own. They also wanted to know if you have any existing clients who might be interested in what they offer. They asked detailed follow-up questions to really get a handle on your sales strategies for new clients, and most importantly, how you discovered those new business leads.
- What are your methods for prospecting new business?
