I went through three interviews for this job, but then found out it was an internal hire which felt really frustrating and misleading. It made sense why the job was posted and then taken down so fast, within 2-3 business days. Even though they got back to me quickly after I applied and I took time off work twice for interviews, they ended up hiring someone from within the company. This whole thing makes me doubt the manager's hiring process. While I don't blame the whole company, I do think they should have been more upfront and considerate to candidates like me.

The interview was pretty straightforward and informative. The recruiter was really clear about the whole process from the start during the initial phone screen. He then went over the job I applied for, which made me more interested, and asked about my salary expectations before we continued with the rest of the screening.

You'll talk with about 5 to 6 people over a few months, and you'll mostly get asked the same questions each time. It seems like they follow a standard company guide. The interviews start with more junior folks and work their way up the company ranks. After a bit, it feels like they're just going through the motions.
