The process is pretty long but valuable, almost regardless of the outcome. Starts with a preliminary review that is mostly fact gathering. Then record a video about why I want to work at Insigniam, do a personality profile, and write two essays on consulting and something in the news. Then 30-60" interviews with 3 people and then 1 hour interviews with the two founders.

Behavioral Case Other

The entire process took a lengthy 7 months, primarily due to scheduling conflicts, though it could realistically be wrapped up in about 3 weeks. It begins with an initial contact who assesses your qualifications. Following that, you'll have conversations with about 5 to 7 other people, which feel more like informal chats than formal interviews. You'll be tasked with writing two one-page reports on business-related subjects. There's also a 'personality assessment' that takes a significant chunk of time, usually a month or two. It might take another month or so to schedule meetings with the two founders, after which a decision is typically made within two weeks. So, 7 months total.

Behavioral Technical Case

You'll interview with about 4-5 partners from the US, EU, and Asia. They'll all give you psychometric assessments and ask for a writing sample. If they like your profile, the two founding partners will interview you for the final say. It's not super tough, but not a breeze either. The interviews are pretty chill – they're meant for you to learn about the firm, what they expect, and their vibe, and for them to get to know you too.
