So first there was like a 30 min intro and basic software engineering questions like about design principles and what an interface is. Then a 30 min coding interview which wasn't too hard but I was kinda unprepared for it.

Round 1 was a standard HR Interview, lasting about 30 to 45 minutes. Then came Round 2, a CCAT & Personality Test. Honestly, the CCAT is a bit strange; it doesn't seem to matter much about your actual skills or how long you've been in the industry, but it's supposed to be this big "equalizer." You could have zero skills and do better than someone with years of experience. Definitely practice for it, as it's shorter than usual, maybe 30-40 questions, and you get a bit more time per question than normal. The questions are varied, but not as tough as the practice ones online. I didn't see any English language pattern matching questions. Round 3 was... silence. I never heard back after taking the exam. So, if you don't hear anything within a week, just move on because you might never get a response. I checked out the HR person on LinkedIn, and they seemed pretty junior, only there for about a year, so don't get your hopes too high.

I had a remote interview with some really nice people. They asked me about my resume and then gave me two technical questions that took about 30 minutes each.
