The hiring process is quite lengthy. Initially, candidates undergo a "brain test," presumably to gauge intelligence. If successful on the first attempt, they are required to retake the test under proctored conditions, suggesting a lack of trust in new hires. If the score decreases on the second attempt, an option to retake it a third time is offered. This does not account for any study time. Ultimately, I felt the process was not worth the effort and opted to seek employment elsewhere, with organizations that show more trust in their interviewees. It seems like many people decline this process, as the initial interview felt very scripted with the interviewer repeating information, lacking any real conversation. This was a clear indicator, but if you're desperate, it might be an option.

I interviewed with insightsoftware a while back. It was a pretty standard and organized process with three main stages. Before the first interview, they also had me do a personality test. They communicated well, the timing was good, and the interviewers were all professional and seemed interested in what I had to say.

The interview process was quick and pretty straightforward. It involved an IQ and personality test, conducted over Zoom due to COVID. The company culture seems quite relaxed, and I had a great experience with the recruiter.
