Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Insight.
Bid Manager
The interview process was super efficient. It felt like they really respected my time as a candidate, which is great to see. The recruiter kept me updated on what was happening and what the next steps were, and they made a decision pretty quickly.
- Can you walk me through your experience and what your typical day looks like?
- Describe your approach to managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Manager
The interview process was super quick and straightforward. It started with a recruiter chat, then a hiring manager interview, and wrapped up with a director interview. That was it, three interviews total. They also do drug testing for all hires before they can start working.
- Can you tell me why you are looking for a new opportunity?
- What is your understanding of Insight?
Manager
I went through a two-stage face-to-face interview process. The first stage was a one-on-one, pretty casual chat about my CV. After that, I was invited back to give a 30/60/90 day presentation to a group of interviewers. Before the presentation, I had to complete some quick online assessments, each taking less than 20 minutes, which wasn't a problem. They actually gave me some useful insights into my working style after I started.
- Outline your 30, 60, and 90-day plan should you be offered the position.
