Account Manager
It started with a simple phone call, and then I had a face-to-face meeting. Since then, I haven't heard back. I've followed up and been given several dates for when I'd get an update, but nothing has come through.
- Can you share details about your past experience?
- What were your performance metrics and sales figures?
- Could you list some of the clients you've worked with?
Account Manager
The hiring process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone interview and then moved to an in-person one. During the phone call, they asked me some basic stuff about my experience, my interest in working at Insight, and my education. The face-to-face interview involved meeting with two managers. They wanted to see my sales abilities, so they had me try to sell an item from the room, like a pen or some paper, and also prepare a sales pitch. The office itself is large and has a lively atmosphere; the energy from the sales team was really motivating!
- Could you try to sell me this pen?
- Please prepare a sales pitch.
