The first chat was with the recruiter. Then I had a 50-minute interview with two managers. They asked me some situational questions and then told me about the job, benefits and salary.

The interview process was pretty bad. I talked to Taylor once, and she was professional on the phone but her follow-up was awful. I followed up the next day and didn't hear back for 4 days. Eventually, she sent me the "next steps" which included a personality test and an intelligence quiz. I sent those back the same day and then asked about the next steps 2 days later, but I never got a response. A week after I submitted them, I got an automated email scheduling me for two interviews the next day with the sales managers. It's important to note that I never heard back from the recruiter, and they never asked about my availability. Well, I had another interview with a different company during the times they scheduled, so I went with the other company. I'd suggest not interviewing with this company. It's clear they don't value their candidates, and the unprofessionalism along with the low pay just proves it.

I applied for this job through a job fair and had interviews with the department director, HR, and the supervisor. After that, I moved to the inbound sales team. I worked there for nine years and had ten different supervisors. I'm not sure about the current interview process, but it's probably very different from when I started. Insight Direct USA is a good company. I made a mistake that led to my dismissal, and I take full responsibility. I tried to get my job back, but they said I couldn't return.
