Applied online and got a cover letter not too long after. Then had a short hirevue interview, followed by a phone call interview. The interviewers were really nice, and the questions were super behavioral focused.

The entire interview process took about a month. It started with an online assessment, after which I received positive feedback. This led to an initial interview, followed by another interview a week later. Then, about a week after that, I had an in-person interview. A week after the in-person interview, there was a final interview, and I received an offer shortly thereafter.

It was a two round process, one on campus and one in NYC. The company handled the entire process very poorly. On the day of the interviews, they took each candidate aside and told some of them to hang back and told the others good job. They took the ones that they told good job and put them in a cab, and the ones they told to hang back were given offers and had to sign right there. When I asked why some people weren't getting in the cabs, they lied and said that they were splitting the taxis based on the number of people. But one of my friends texted me saying that they weren't being put in a cab, and instead got offers. Great news for my friend, really bad news for everyone in the cab. Overall, very unprofessional firm.

The interview process was difficult. The interviewer seemed uninterested and disengaged during the behavioral questions, making it hard to have a conversation. I felt like I wasn't being seriously considered, even though I asked questions about their role and how they transitioned into investing from a background similar to mine.
