I had a phone interview with their team, it was very smooth and the management team was nice. I never quite got passed the second interview, but it seems like a great company to work for. They seem to have a strong customer focus.

I applied to this role at a career fair, and they followed up with me. They were really good at sending reminders and preparing me for the interview. I also had to complete a personality test before coming in. We set a date, and I went in for the interview. First, I met with the person who had been my point of contact. Then, a higher manager joined and interviewed me. After that, a third and fourth person came in for interviews. The whole thing took about an hour and a half. At the end, they gave me a tour of the main office and introduced me to everyone, which was pretty cool. Everyone working there lined up and shook my hand. It was a great environment with hardworking people!

My friend set me up with a recruiter for an initial screening call, and we had a good chat. Then, I had an in-person interview with a hiring manager at the office I wanted to work at. Three people interviewed me; they were all nice, but the second interviewer seemed a bit bored, and the main hiring manager, the third person, cut our conversation short after just two minutes. She mainly asked if I was in a sorority in college and if I had any questions. I left feeling positive because I was really outgoing and friendly. She promised a call by Friday, but I never got one. When I called them, they told me to reach out to my recruiter, who also ignored my calls and emails. It was odd because he seemed genuinely interested before. I guess not. The company's high ratings surprise me. It's unprofessional to ignore calls you promised. It feels like they rejected me by ghosting me, and I'm no longer interested even if they call back. IG, step up your game.
