Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Insight Global.
Sales Associate
Had a quick chat with the recruiter first. Then, after a little talk, I got an interview scheduled for a few days later. It was a quick one, and the interviewer focused more on selling the company to me instead of asking me to sell myself for the company.
- Can you tell me more about yourself?
Sales Associate
It was a phone interview and pretty straightforward. I spoke with several different people. They had me go over my resume and asked why I was interested in the job. They also explained what the role entails and what the next potential step could be.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- What motivates your interest in this role?
Sales Associate
The interview process was lengthy, and they seemed more interested in having conversations than checking qualifications. The interviewer was unwell and rushed through the interview, not allowing adequate time for responses. It wasn't a positive experience, and I wouldn't suggest it to others.
- Can you introduce yourself?
