The interview process was standard, starting with a screening, then two more interviews. Communication was bad, with recruiters rescheduling last minute or not communicating at all. After the final interview, there was no follow-up, and I had to reach out myself, only to find out they had selected another candidate.

Got contacted through Handshake and LinkedIn. Initially met the territory manager at a college career fair, really liked her. Had a follow-up 30-min chat later that week. Waited about a week to hear back about moving forward to meet office personnel. Then had a zoom interview with an office leader. The morning of the interview, the office leader was late to the zoom call and was on the phone a lot... seemed uninterested despite my best efforts using keywords the territory manager prepped me with and assurances of feedback. Didn't move on after the office personnel round. Still no feedback. Was disappointed as I really wanted to make a difference for IG, but felt like appearance and money motivation might be factors. Overall, a decent experience.

The interview process went smoothly and quickly. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person one at the office. Two account managers who are currently working there spoke with me individually. They started by asking me some general questions to get to know me better. They really want to ensure you're a good fit for the company culture, as this leads to better performance.
