Behavioral Case Presentation

Started with a 30-min HR phone call to go over my resume. Then there was a whole day recruitment event at the office with other candidates, involving a case study and a presentation in English. After that, a 1-on-1 with my potential manager and HR. Then came a trial day, also a full day at the office, with another case study and presentation. The next step was a 1-on-1 with either the co-founder or the HR director. Finally, reference checks. Sometimes the recruitment process is shorter or stages are combined.

Behavioral Presentation Technical

The interview process began with a phone interview, followed by a sales role-play exercise, then an interview with the HR head, and finally a partner interview. The first three interviews were great; the people I met were really friendly and energetic. The last interview felt a bit off. I wasn't sure what the partner was looking for. He was remote, so we conducted the interview via Skype. He mainly asked behavioral questions. He seemed tired and a bit impolite. It felt like he wasn't keen on me joining, as he mentioned the long working hours three times, which was odd.
