Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

There were 4 stages: 1st with HR - a chat about the role. 2nd with the Manager - questions about measuring competencies in interviews. 3rd a Case study - find 15 candidates, identify 5 company competitors, and create an ideal persona. 4th Presenting the case study - 45 min was not enough time to present the previous case study, I was interrupted halfway through. There would have been a fifth if I passed.

I had a phone call with the recruiter, and it was a good experience. They let me know the outcome after the call. The interview focused on my motivation and experience.

Behavioral Case Other

I had an online interview on November 29th. After that, even though things seemed to be going well and I completed a case study, I didn't hear back about the next steps. Then, on December 10th, they reached out by email to schedule something for December 12th. I went in for the interview on December 12th, which was at the office and lasted about 5-6 hours. They said they'd get back to me by the following week (around December 16th-17th). But, they actually contacted me today, December 13th, a full month later. It was a really bad experience; I could sense the negativity from others on Linkedin, and it shouldn't have taken this long to get a response.
