Scheduling for the hiring process was really disorganized. After I spoke with the hiring manager, they just had me prepare and present a case study, which I put a lot of work into. The hiring manager was late again for this meeting, just like the first one. I waited in the virtual room for almost 10 minutes, and right when I was about to leave, the interview started. We had to dive straight into the case study presentation because there wasn't enough time for any intro or background. No time for feedback either. It's been three weeks since the interview, and I haven't heard anything. I decided to pull out of the process myself because of the lack of communication.

The interview process was solid, with people of various seniorities. It was really delayed though, with long gaps between meetings and often no communication. I liked everyone I met and got good reactions after each meeting, but the lack of communication was concerning.

The first interview was interesting and easygoing. The whole process might take a while, it depends on how urgently they need to fill the role. It started with an HR interview where they asked general, typical questions. Then, there was a list of short answer questions about your experience, your previous roles, and why you want to work for the company and in this specific position.
