So I had 1 HR interview and then 2 tech interviews. First was live coding with algorithm questions, they were pretty standard leetcode easy-medium. Then the second tech interview was a live coding react pair programming session where we had to build a simple react app.

Had a first chat with a recruiter, they told me about the job, company, and my responsibilities. The next day, I got an online test with 30 MCQs, need 80% to pass. Cleared that and had a 1-hour technical interview. I think I did great, only missed one question. Waited 2 weeks, no word. Followed up, recruiter said the interviewer 'forgot' to submit feedback and would do it ASAP. Waited another week, still no reply. Followed up again, they sent feedback saying they weren't moving forward. I was surprised because the feedback was wrong, mentioning incorrect experience and tech skills. I told the recruiter it seemed like the interviewer didn't remember me or messed up the feedback. They offered another interview, which I wasn't keen on taking more time for, but agreed. They said they'd call Monday to schedule it. It's been 3 weeks and no call. Super unprofessional.

The interview process was handled by a senior leader who oversees the IT and technology solutions group. They assigned me a web page development task after an initial oral and in-person interview. The task was quite challenging given the very limited timeframe, but I managed to complete it within two hours using my skills. I submitted my work and hoped for the best. By the end of the day, they contacted me to extend an offer and discuss joining details.
