The interview process involved a technical video round with a Senior Engineer. Then, there were two more technical rounds, one with a Lead and another with a VP. Finally, there was a round with the HR TEAM. The technical rounds were hands-on, testing actual cloud or programming skills.

My experience with innRoad initially was positive. The recruiter was communicative and updated me promptly. I liked talking to everyone on the hiring team, but things got bad after my final interviews. I thought I'd hear back in a few days, but I was completely in the dark for two weeks until I had to chase them down about the communication lag. On top of that, I saw the job posted at least 7 times from when I finished my last interview until I got rejected. I don't know if it was a top-down communication issue, but candidates should know where they stand or if there's a delay. It's tough out here in this market for people like me who do 3-4 interviews weekly and have been unemployed for over 5 months. Be a little more aware.

Had a first chat with a recruiter, they told me about the job, company, and my responsibilities. The next day, I got an online test with 30 MCQs, need 80% to pass. Cleared that and had a 1-hour technical interview. I think I did great, only missed one question. Waited 2 weeks, no word. Followed up, recruiter said the interviewer 'forgot' to submit feedback and would do it ASAP. Waited another week, still no reply. Followed up again, they sent feedback saying they weren't moving forward. I was surprised because the feedback was wrong, mentioning incorrect experience and tech skills. I told the recruiter it seemed like the interviewer didn't remember me or messed up the feedback. They offered another interview, which I wasn't keen on taking more time for, but agreed. They said they'd call Monday to schedule it. It's been 3 weeks and no call. Super unprofessional.

Recruiter reached out to schedule a call, we had the call and it was pretty decent. Recruiter told me they would get back to me in a week but never followed up on anything. I sent a follow up/thank you on LinkedIn but still never heard back. The call itself was pretty easy I guess. For SDRs, recruiter told me base was $45K with commission of $10K if you reach 100% of your monthly quota. Uncapped commission. You have to make 150 phone calls a day and VM counts as a call. You have to schedule 16 qualifying leads each month.
