First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Innovid.
Billing Analyst
I submitted my application online, and then HR contacted me within a week to set up an initial chat. In total, I had 6 meetings before they made me a job offer. The people I met were really down-to-earth and had great things to say about the company. It definitely didn't feel like a high-pressure situation, and you could really get a feel for the company's awesome culture through all our conversations.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your career aspirations for the next 5 years?
- What is your understanding of our company?
Billing Analyst
It started with a recruiter call to give you the lowdown on what the company is trying to achieve. Then, you'll chat with the manager of the team you might join to get a feel for the day-to-day stuff. After that, you'll connect with the folks you'll be working with. Finally, a department chief officer will interview you.
- Can you describe how you manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines?
Billing Analyst
I had an interview with HR and then with the team. They were both very nice and relaxed. They finally informed me that they had moved forward with another candidate. From what they told me, it was between four and five interviews, a bit extensive for my liking.
- Can you describe your current role?
- Have you ever had issues with a colleague?
