It was a fun process where I learned a lot about the company and its goals and values. I also got a lot of insight into the position itself and the team dynamics. I got to learn about the people I talked with and they got to learn a lot about me too which really highlights how they are people first. The interview process included an initial HR screening, an interview with the associative director, a presentation plus a 1:1 interview with the team lead, an interview with the director, and a final interview with the VP.

The whole thing was pretty quick, about 6 weeks total, which was good considering it was over the holidays (Dec/Jan). It started with a referral, then the recruiter screened me, followed by interviews with two team leads/managers. After that, there was a panel presentation and an interview with the hiring manager. The final step was an interview with the VP of Account Management before they made the offer.

  • Can you share an instance where you made an error in a prior role, detailing the consequences and your learning from it?
  • What are your aspirations for this role and for our company?
