The interview process had 3 parts, and it was pretty easy to get through. First, I met with the branch manager. Then, there was an "in the field" part. I decided not to continue with the third interview because the company wasn't really a good fit for me. They really focus on their company culture, which means you'll be spending a lot of time working and hanging out with coworkers. The job involves selling AT&T/Comcast/Direct TV in places like Costco, and they have an interesting training program. You're expected to be business professional all the time.

The interview process has 3 rounds. The first interview is quick, about 10 minutes. If it goes well, you'll go to the second round on the same day. I decided to opt out of the second interview because the company wasn't the right fit for me. They currently sell Direct TV services, and I'm not a fan of Direct TV, their service and prices, so I can't sell something I wouldn't use myself. Despite that, it seems like a company with a lot of people of all ages who have positive and successful attitudes.

It was a three step interview process. The first interview was in office. The second interview allowed me to see what the company does day to day. The final interview was for me to ask questions about everything I saw so far.
