Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I went through a 5 round interview process. The interviewers were nice and knew their stuff, but HR was a mess. They didn't communicate well. For example, for the onsite round, I had to book my own travel and didn't get reimbursed for two weeks after chasing them, even had to escalate to an exec. They also asked for sensitive docs like Aadhaar and salary slips way before any offer, which was weird, especially since they weren't offering competitive pay. Then, the HR person went on leave for 20 days without a backup, and I got no responses to my calls, emails, or texts. Another HR person finally got in touch but was slow with updates. After another 10 days, they said the role was on hold. When the original HR returned, no real explanation was given, just that the role was unclear. So, I withdrew my application.

The HR got in touch with me and setup two telephonic interviews and one in person interview. The HR was very responsive until the in person interview. After that there was no response despite couple of follow up emails. The first couple of interviews were with people from India. There was a lot of rescheduling even around this and cancellations. After that I was called in for an in person interview and I was asked to make a PPT which showcased HOW innovacer offerings can be expanded. The PPT was shared briefly and I didn't email it to them. The VP said that I should expect for a follow up interview soon with the CEO and I could refine the PPT for that occasion. After this, there was no communication whatsoever from their team. I had to write to the VP to share my thoughts on how unprofessional their demeanor was.

So I had 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round, and I made it to the 3rd round. The first round was just an intro and resume review. The second round had a guestimate question, which was pretty easy 'cause I'd prepped for it. In the third round, they hit me with an RCA question, which was kinda moderate for me.
