Software Engineer
The interview experience was overall very good. The discussion was mainly around .NET concepts, API design, and system design, and it felt quite relevant to a Senior Software Engineer role. The interviewer was friendly and gave enough time to think through the problems instead of rushing. I liked that the focus was not just on theory but also on real-world scenarios, like designing scalable APIs, handling edge cases, and writing clean, maintainable code. There were also discussions around microservices, performance, and debugging approaches, which made the conversation more practical. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt the process was well structured and aligned with real work expectations.

Software Development Engineer
The Interview Process was straightforward. There was an internal shortlisting round at our university where 600 people were selected for an offline assessment, an offline assessment was vast and the questions were a bit lengthy. After the assessment, Shortlisted Candidates went through Offline Group Discussion Round - Easy Technical Round - Tough Managerial Round - Easy

- Can you give an overview of your resume?
Technical Lead
The interview process was good. It had 3 rounds and took about a week to complete. The level seemed medium to high. The recruiter was very good and polite, providing updates at every stage. Round 1 was about 40 mins with 6-7 Microservices questions, 3-4 Spring boot questions, and 3-4 core Java questions. Round 2 was about 1 hour with 10 Spring boot questions, 10 Microservices questions, 3-5 JPA and hibernate questions, and 3-4 architecture questions. Round 3 was about 1 hour with around 10 Microservices and project focused questions, checking problem solving approach, and some others. Total 20 questions overall. I don't remember all the questions. It was a nice experience overall. I didn't accept the offer as I am retained by my current organization.
- Could you explain why we utilize microservices, including their scenarios and use cases?
- What are your thoughts on load balancing? (Scenario-based was not directly asked)
- Tell me about Spring security.
