Software Engineer
The interview experience was overall very good. The discussion was mainly around .NET concepts, API design, and system design, and it felt quite relevant to a Senior Software Engineer role. The interviewer was friendly and gave enough time to think through the problems instead of rushing. I liked that the focus was not just on theory but also on real-world scenarios, like designing scalable APIs, handling edge cases, and writing clean, maintainable code. There were also discussions around microservices, performance, and debugging approaches, which made the conversation more practical. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt the process was well structured and aligned with real work expectations.

Human Resources Specialist
Your application will first be scanned by an ATS to see if your resume has the keywords. If it does, you'll have a recruiter call for 15-30 minutes to go over your salary expectations, how soon you can start, and to confirm your experience. Then, you might do an asynchronous video interview where you record yourself answering questions on your own time, which is common for entry-level or jobs with lots of applicants.

Operations Specialist
We need someone who gets US business hours and time zones. Need experience with client handling and coordination. Should know about data handling, reporting, timesheets, and basic payroll. Good email etiquette and documentation skills are important. Also need to know about SLA, TAT, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What interests you about US Operations?
- Are you comfortable working night shifts or US shifts?
Project Manager/Scrum Master
It was a great conversation and I found the interviewer to be knowledgeable. They focused on behavioral questions related to specific situations. There were also questions like "what type documentation would be necessary for XYZ processes" or "What are some of the most important things to do when starting with a team". I felt the interview was fair and not overly difficult, but it's important to have the skills you claim to have and be able to explain how they align with the company's needs and the value you can bring.
- What's most important for smooth releases?
