Data Science Intern
First, there was an exploratory call where we talked about ourselves and our past projects. Then, a coding test with medium to difficult DSA questions. After that, face-to-face virtual interviews with easy DSA questions, project discussions, and data science theory questions. Finally, an HR discussion for salary negotiation. If you get past the third round, your offer is confirmed.

Data Scientist
I got referred and initially thought it was a full-time role since I was about to graduate. I already had another offer but was interested in the work area. They scheduled an interview but kept postponing it, even asking me to wait until 10:30 pm on a Sunday, only to say the interview would be the next day. The HR was quite unprofessional throughout. The next day, the interviewer (a nice guy) asked about my ML project and then we brainstormed a real problem they had. I proposed a solution and was selected on the spot. The tricky part came with the HR. They offered travel reimbursement from my hometown to Pune (3 AC, not flight), and arranged food, lodging, and daily transport for 3 months, but with no stipend. I couldn't accept working for 3 months without pay, so they offered a 2-month internship with evaluation for a PPO afterward, which I accepted because the project sounded very interesting. I kept asking for the offer letter, but HR kept delaying. Just days before, they informed me that the intern stipend policy had changed to 12,000/month. I was shocked by this sudden change, especially since they were trying to get work from me for a very low stipend. They were offering more to non-IITians than to me (an IITian). Sensing this lack of professionalism, I declined the offer, canceled my tickets, and that same day received calls from better companies.

Data Scientist
The first round was good, covering Python coding and previous questions. In the second round, an interviewer from Germany asked Python coding questions which I managed to solve as expected. He then asked about the complexity of different sorting algorithms, and I couldn't answer one question. That was it. Despite this, I was rejected.
