Manager
So it started with HR giving me a call, and then they called back to set up a time to meet with the hiring manager. After that, it was an in person interview stage.
- Can you tell me about yourself and how your skills are a good fit for this role?
Case Manager
It was a pretty straightforward process but it took ages, like months, to get the offer. They really seemed to need someone, then they kept changing their mind, and I even had to do another interview. Finally, after like 5 months, they hired me.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging client.
- How do you organize your tasks when you have many cases to handle?
- Can you share an instance where you stood up for a client's needs?
Risk Management Associate
I was asked questions about what I do and why I want to work here, basic stuff. It didn't seem that hard. I was originally hesitant because the job seemed a little too easy, but I thought it would be good interview experience. I was also hesitant to interview and the idea of working here because of the negative reviews about the company. It was confirmed when the girl made fun of one of my answers right in front of me. Not sure how they forget the fact that interviews make people very nervous. Based off the reviews and my experience, I wouldn't do it again.
- What makes you want to join this company?
